1. What we collect

Data from the quiz form: name, phone number or Telegram, email, and your answers to the quiz (business area, team size, tasks, budget).

Technical data: referral parameters (UTM), page, and time of your request — to understand where you came from. The Meta (Facebook) pixel also collects anonymized page-view data (cookies).

2. Why we collect it

To contact you and run a free consultation (AI audit), prepare a tailored proposal, and send a meeting invitation.

We do NOT use your data for bulk mailing without consent and do NOT sell it to third parties.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted services to process requests: Google (Google Workspace / Sheets — storing requests), Trello (Atlassian — managing requests), Telegram (team notifications), Cal.com (meeting booking), Meta (Facebook Pixel — ad performance analytics). These process data on our behalf under their own policies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed to communicate about your request and manage the client relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, withdraw consent, and request deletion. To do so, email us at sales@seller-craft.com.

7. Security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect your data and limit access to authorized people only.
